Deja Mason is a human resources practitioner and arts administrator working to create an equitable and inclusive work environment for all no matter the industry by asking the tough questions, disrupting systems, and activating personnel through creative and artistic means. Mason earned both her Masters of Arts – Business in Arts and Creative Enterprise Leadership and Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

As the Project Manager for CALL for Equity-Centered Leadership (CALL-ECL), Mason is the lead for all logistics, contractual needs, communication, and day-to-day operational activities. She directs and guides the undergraduate research assistants in their work.
