Xinyu Guan is a doctoral student in Education Leadership and Policy Analysis at the Wisconsin-Madison School of Education. She holds a bachelor’s degree with a double major in Business Administration and Economics from McMaster University, Canada, and a master’s degree in Global Higher Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her current research focuses on school finance, resource allocation, and state-level policy in K-12 education. Xinyu is also a 2024-2026 UCEA Jackson Scholar.
