Sarah Volk is a first-year doctoral student in Educational Leadership & Policy Analysis at University of Wisconsin-Madison, concentrating in policy analysis & evaluation. She is interested in examining school finance and state education funding’s effects on public schools and students. Volk was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana and is a graduate of UW-Madison, where she received her master’s degree in Educational Leadership & Policy Analysis, and the University of Michigan, where she received her bachelor’s degree in economics.
