Kathy Van Pay is a doctoral student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison working with the CALL – OTL Project.  Her research is centered around the practices of school leaders as they support teachers in the implementation of culturally responsive teaching and learning.  

Kathy brings over 30 years of experience as a teacher, school principal, and director of curriculum and instruction to the team.  She has spent the majority of her career as an administrator supervising and evaluating instruction and supporting curriculum writing teams to develop instructional units and lessons.  She has worked in urban, suburban, and rural schools.
